What is member account and why do I need it?

What is member account and why do I need it?

Member account is offered FREE by Traveltosaigon. Some sections on Traveltosaigon require you to sign in using a member account before accessing. A member account consists of three parts: account information (email address, password, hint), contact information (personal information), mailing list preferences.  Email address is used as Member ID on Traveltosaigon.

On owning member account, you are considered a member of Traveltosaigon and enabled to enjoy benefits offered by Traveltosaigon as following:

  • Search and book flights online at special discount rates.

  • Save and review your purchased orders.

  • Customize packages, vacations, tours.

  • Join Traveltosaigon mailing list to receive hot news, great deals...

  • Have a chance to win rewards on Traveltosaigon.


How can I change my account information (email, password, hint)?

There are a lot of reasons to change your account information (such as changing your email address, sign-in password, password hint) as clarified below:

  • You changed your email address and want to change it on Traveltosaigon. In order not to forget your Member ID (your email address), try to keep your Member ID up-to-date by updating your email address whenever you change you mailbox.

  • You want to change your password (and associated hint which helps you recall your password in case you forget it).

  • You forget to fill password hint field when creating member account. And now you want to fill it.

You can change your account information at any time by going to member profile page (which requires you to sign in if you have not signed in yet) and click on Modify account information link. Enter your new account information, click Save Now button.


If forget sign-in password. How can I retrieve it?

If you forget your Member ID, try to sign in by using all of your existing email addresses. And if you forget your password either, please retrieve a hint on sign-in page for each of your existing email addresses. If you can not figure out your Member ID, sign up another Traveltosaigon Member Account.
If you remember your Member ID but forget your password, go to the sign-in page and enter your email address, click on "Click here to retrieve a hint". If your hint exists, it will be showed. If your hint doesn't  exist or it exists but unable to help you recall the password, sign up another member account.


How can I modify my personal information (contact information)?

Personal information is optional on Traveltosaigon (you can fill this form or leave it blank as you would like). Personal information lets us know about you and and helps us contact you easier when necessary. It's recommended that you fill in your personal information. Your information is protected by our privacy policy statement.

You can change your personal information at any time by going to member profile page (which requires you to sign in if you have not signed in yet). Click on Modify personal information link to get the Change contact information form. Enter your new information. Click Save Now button.


How can I customize my mailing list preferences?

Your mailing list preferences allow Traveltosaigon to send you emails as regularly as you prefer and with the content you are interested in. To change mailing list preferences, go to member profile page (which requires you to sign in if you have not signed in yet). Click on Customize mailing list link. Choose your preferences on how often to get emails and which type of content in the emails. Click Save Now button.


As a member, can I view all of my purchased orders (order history)?

Order history allows you to view all of your orders since the date you become a member and only since that day. Any order purchased before that point of time is not saved in your order history.

To view purchased orders, go to member profile page (which requires you to sign in if you have not signed in yet). Click on Order History link. Click on order number if you want to view more details of an order.


I don't want to maintain membership any more. Can I unsubscribe it?

Unsubscribing means removing all saved information completely from our database. After unsubscribing, you are not a member of Traveltosaigon any longer. You can use Traveltosaigon website normally but you don't enjoy benefits offered to members.

When you choose to unsubscribe membership, it means you delete your account by yourself. To unsubscribe, go to sign-in page, click on the unsubscribe link under the member section. Enter your email address (Member ID) and password. Click Unsubscribe if you are sure to remove your account. Click Cancel if you change your mind and want to keep your account.

Note: After unsubscribing, though you no longer receive advertising e-mails or other nonessential email from Traveltosaigon, you will still receive emails from Traveltosaigon when you make purchases using the Traveltosaigon web site. In these documents, we will communicate with you regarding the details of your travel plans only.
